I love when my clients feel more confident about themselves and their businesses than ever before after one of our sessions.
I try to see the best in people, and help people see the best in themselves.
And one part of my business gives me ample opportunity to do just that. Let me explain:
Shen I first started out helping businesses with their Internet marketing, I would usually give a few pieces of marketing advice and helping them generate leads.
And you know what? It worked great. My clients consistently made significant returns on their investment.
It was exciting to see the successes we were accomplishing together.
But I’m not one to rest on my laurels. I frequently saw that clients had major flaws in their marketing, both online and off. Those flaws were holding my clients back.
So I created the Reputation Elevation Marketing Message Machine, or MMM.
The idea is to thoroughly analyze the market, the client’s strengths, and then turn that analysis into marketing messages that generate curiosity, interest, desire, and ultimately sales.
These messages can be used in person, online, and in print.
One of the unintended benefits of the MMM process is feeling amazing about your business. By the time we’ve staked out what makes you a unique and superior solution in the marketplace and laid out great marketing ideas, you just feel amazing.
Did you ever experience “beginner’s luck?” I remember the first time I served a volleyball, it landed perfectly and we scored. The 2nd time… not so good.
It’s a life pattern: you start something and it’s great, but then you encounter great difficulty.
You are given a flash of inspiration or success as a gift, and then it’s taken away. It’s up to you to earn the inspiration or success that was taken from you, instead of simply receiving it as a gift.
This is true in sports, hobbies, careers, relationships, and of course business.
I come across all kinds of people at Reputation Elevation. Whether it’s a start-up independent professional staring at an empty appointment calendar…
… or a seasoned business veteran whose past marketing experiences were disasters…
… or the CEO of a large chain of stores who’s getting crushed online…
… a significant percentage of the people looking to me for help have been dealing with tremendous challenges.
They want to earn real success. But they face brutal competition. A tough economy. And more importantly, their own personal challenges.
It wears people down. It drains excitement from them.
That’s why I am happiest in my business when a prospect or client tells me that they didn’t just get marketing advice…
They got inspiration back…
They’re excited…
And they see a whole new world of opportunity opening up.
