There’s an amazing book called “The Paradox Of Choice” by Prof. Barry Schwartz. It goes as follows:
In economic theory, the more choices you have the better off you are because you are more likely to find a better choice. If I have 20 choices instead of 3, I am more likely to find the choice that’s just right for me.
So if I go to the supermarket and the cereal aisle has 40 choices, that’s great!

Barry Schwartz discusses studies showing that having more choices often makes us less satisfied with whatever we choose.
Having more choices can even scare us away from choosing at all.

If you are creating a video, a blog post, or an advertisement, you have myriad creative possibilities. If you want to use social media, there are so many sites to choose from. And within each site there are different methods of promoting your content.
